I wasn’t expecting the fabric to feel this nice. Like, it’s soft, but not that flimsy thin kind of soft, if that makes sense. The dress has a little weight to it too, which I liked. I already washed it once and it still looks totally fine. Also the fit was better than I expected. I’d probably buy from xpluswear.com again.

I used a promo code and did save a little, so that was nice. But some of the sale prices were a bit hard to figure out?? Like I wasn’t always sure what was actually discounted or if the deal was that great

The styles are cute, and I was excited to try them. I think, actually, some of the designs just felt a little off for my taste. They look nice overall, just not totally me

I was really happy to see that Xpluswear shows a lot of their clothes on bigger bodies, because it makes such a difference when you’re trying to figure out how something will actually look on you and not just on a tiny model where everything hangs differently. I ordered a few things and the sizing was close for me, which was a relief because online shopping can be such a guessing game. The pieces fit well enough that I actually felt cute wearing them, not like I was forcing myself into something that wasn’t made with my body in mind. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because shipping took a little longer than I expected, but overall I liked what I got and would probably order again.

Just a quick warning for anyone ordering, don’t overthink the sizing. I went with my usual size and the fit was just right. The sizing is accurate, so I’d definitely stick with what you normally wear

I’ll admit, I wasn’t totally confident ordering from Xpluswear, especially since I’m usually stuck between sizes. But I went with the size chart instead of guessing, and annoyingly enough, it fit pretty much perfectly. I was expecting to have to return it, so this was a nice surprise

The dress looks just like the photos and I’m really happy with it. My only issue was just bad timing on my part since it arrived right after the event I wanted it for, but the dress itself is great.

I grabbed a dress and a top from here, and honestly... the prices were decent compared to a lot of other plus size shops. The quality is okay for what I paid — not amazing, but not bad either. Shipping could definitely be a little faster though

I ended up returning one dress from xpluswear because the fit just wasn’t right on me. I’m particular about how clothes should sit, so if something feels off, I’d rather not keep it. The return process itself was easy enough to understand, I just had to email them and wait for instructions.
It did take a few days to get the return details, so I wouldn’t call it the fastest experience. That said, they did reply to my questions and the tone was polite, which I appreciated. I’ve dealt with worse customer service before, so this was acceptable to me.

Once they received the dress back, my refund showed up after about a week. It wasn’t perfect, and I do think the response time could be quicker, but everything was handled in the end. Overall, it worked out fine.

It took maybe a few days or so, but nothing too long. The replacement showed up and fit a lot better. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled everything.

I got a dress from xpluswear the quality was better than I thought it would be. The seams felt sturdy, and the stitching looked clean for the most part, which made the dress feel easy to wear and actually useful for a real outing.
I did notice one small loose thread near the zipper, but it wasn’t a big deal. The fit still held up after wearing it once, so I’m happy with it overall. Not totally perfect, but definitely a good buy.

The delivery showed up on time and everything went smoothly. To be fair, there wasn’t anything especially standout about it, but there also weren’t any real issues, so I’d say it was a solid experience.

I ordered this dress the color was really close to what I saw in the pictures. It might be just a tiny bit darker in person, but not in a bad way. Still super cute, and it worked out fine for what I needed. I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered an outfit from xpluswear.com it did look cute when I first tried it on. But after wearing it for a bit, I wasn’t as impressed. The fabric felt kind of stiff, and it started getting itchy after a while. The fit was okay when I was standing, but as soon as I sat down it pulled in weird spots and just didn’t feel comfortable. I also wasn’t thrilled with the lack of actual human contact when I had questions. It felt like I was just dealing with automated responses, which made the whole experience more frustrating. I really wanted to like it more, but I don’t think I’d wear it for a full day...

I got the updates quickly and could tell where my order was with all that. It made the whole thing feel a lot less uncertain

I had a question about my order and wish I hadn’t waited to contact them. Customer service got back to me quickly, explained everything clearly, and helped get it sorted without turning it into a hassle. Really glad with how they handled it...
